HL114 Praetorian helmet

Description

Made after the helmets worn by the praetorian guards to be seen on Claudius' arch (Musée du Louvre). This helmet was never found during archeological excavations, but is very often worn by high ranking officials on many sculptures.

A very nice piece to add to any collection. Embossed brass, leather padded, horsehair crest (to be fixed to the helmet with two screws (not coming with the helmet).

× All the helmets - unless otherwise specified - come without internal padding.
