Description
The thraex fights with a little square shields, a curved short sword and two big leg protections. He fights against the murmillo, but also the hoplomachus, or even other thraexes.
Our replica is made after a 1st cent helmet. The crest, which shows a mythological beast, pinpoints whom this helmet belongs : the Thraex.
Made of tinned steel. 42cm high, 37cm deep and 34cm wide. Steel 1.5mm thick. Need to be padded to be worn.
