HL310 Visored Bascinet

Description

This helmet model was developed in the early 14th century from open bascinets (our HL315 reference), onto which removable visors of various shapes were added, the most well-known being the "sparrow beak" (our HL201). It is secured with chains and pins. This visor here lacks a protrusion but features a central ridge and concave sides designed to deflect an opponent’s sword strikes.

Thickness: 1.6 mm, up to 64 cm in head circumference (opening of 22 cm x 18.5 cm), weight: 2.7 kg. Leather interior lining.

× All the helmets - unless otherwise specified - come without internal padding.
