SW122 Late roman pugio 3d century

Description

The pugio almost disappeared during the second century, and is found again during the third one. The crescent shape of the hilt is typical of the third century ones. They are also longer than the first cent pugiones.

This is the new version of the Deepeeka with a narrower and more accurate blade : 39 cm long, blade 27cm long and 6cm wide at the maximum. Wooden scabbard with iron parts, rings being fixed by brass brackets.
