Description
Equipped with a fine straight blade, this kind of sword was widely used by cavalry officers, such as dragoons, horse artillery, heavy cavalry ones. It comes from the old 1783 model, whose design was appreciated by all users. The scabbard is in blackened iron with brass brackets.

These swords and sabers are high quality copies. Blades are made of forged and tempered steel. They might not be used for fencing, though.
